From October 1 to 10, the CMQE A&S organized the Aero WeekThe event brings together secondary school pupils and students to discuss careers in aeronautics and space.

Three stages punctuated the event:

• Nîmes The Lycée Mistral: 360 young people at the Lycée Mistral, with stands on maintenance, composites, cybersecurity and space, followed by a café réseau with Airbus, Sabena Technics and Rectrice Sophie Béjean.
  
• Tarbes 300 students at the Lycée Jean Dupuy, 14 stands hosted by Airbus, Daher, Safran, TARMAC, UIMM..., and a network breakfast on skills needs with Aerospace Valley, Safran and UIMM Adour.
  
• Figeac 250 young people at the Lycée Champollion, 10 stands (machining, welding, aeronautical painting...), and a time for direct exchanges between companies and IUT students.
  

The week ended at the SIANE trade show in Toulouse, where 675 young people discovered industrial professions through immersive demonstrations led by our network of student partners.

An exemplary mobilization of schools, companies and institutions, to inspire the next generation of aerospace professionals in Occitanie.
